We met Tiziana during the Winter 2025 Bridal Show and she helped up pull together our May 2025 Wedding.
As it was a quick turn-around, we sought an a la carte service (bridging the cap between full planning service and day of coordination). Tiziana sent us many vendor options and ensured we were staying on track with booking our team for the day.
She has so much love and care for her clients and this can be seen in how much time and care she puts into her calls with Brides, she really helped my husband and I though so many stress hurdles and changes that cropped up through the planning process. I really felt like she was there for me and on my team. She was excellent in sorting out our wedding timeline and ensuring vendors knew their schedules. Hearing back from some of my other vendors, they have told me that Tiziana was very coordinated and clear with her instructions for day-of timelines, and I was so happy to have left that in her hands.
We had many touch points and she is quick to respond in all formats (phone, text, email), we had a combination of telephone and video calls, as well as Planner-Bride and Planner-Couple calls. I also felt like this was so helpful to me as the point person ensuring my husband and I were staying on track and keeping to the budget.
She and the Forever Events team (Ivy - assistant coordinator) were both great at wrangling the wedding party, and guests, especially for photos. In the same vein, the acted as great bouncers when guests were trying to distract from the tight timeline.
She managed to get the best angle for filming our first dance (we didn't hire a videographer) and I am so grateful for her having sent this to us! My guests also had fun with Tiziana as she tore it up on the dancefloor after the dinner service with our photographers.
My suggestion to other brides planning a traditional wedding on a tight timeline is to book the full-planning service as this will reduce your stress before your wedding day.
